30-Day Defect Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects on our beauty tools. If your product develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it at no cost to you.

What Is Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Products that arrive damaged or broken
Tools that stop working correctly due to a fault present at the time of delivery

What Is Not Covered

Normal wear and tear from regular use
Damage caused by misuse, dropping, or improper care
Damage from exposure to extreme heat or harsh chemicals
Products past the 30-day warranty window

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a claim, contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the defect. Our team will review your claim and arrange a replacement if it qualifies.

Caring for Your Products

To keep your tools in the best condition, wipe them clean after each use, store them in a dry place, and avoid exposing stone tools to very hot water. Proper care helps your products last longer.
