Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under that amount have shipping calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days, please contact us.

Where do you ship from?
Our products are shipped from our partner suppliers. Delivery times reflect this in the estimates above.

How do I use the ice roller and gua sha set?
Chill the roller in the fridge or freezer, then gently glide it across your face to help cool and refresh the skin. Use the gua sha tool with light pressure along the jawline and cheeks. Always use clean tools on clean skin.

Our facial tools are designed to be gentle. If you have a skin condition or concern, we recommend checking with a healthcare professional before use.

How do I clean my facial tools?
Wipe them with a soft, damp cloth after each use. Avoid soaking stone tools in water or using very hot water.
