Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Times

Our products are shipped from our partner suppliers. Estimated delivery times after processing are:

Standard Shipping: 7 to 15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Holiday Season Shipping

During peak holiday periods (November through January), order volumes and carrier demand are higher than usual. We recommend placing holiday orders early, as delivery may take longer than the standard window. We will do our best to keep you updated on any delays.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. Shipping costs for orders under this amount are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.
